Ahhhh! Christmas is almost here! That and I don’t know about you but I got like a million birthdays between now and then and even immediately after Christmas too! Whew! Well, here I go again looking for the best & most uniquely different gifts. Especially my parents lol – love their hearts… every holiday and birthday they always ask for pictures of their Grandkids and portraits of all of us together. Of course, I love that and I don’t mind getting my own family session is amongst the busy fall season (IYKYK – if you are a photographer). I feel like everyone has forgot about Vistaprint!!!! This company has WAY more to offer than your typical online photo printing store. I get so engulfed on their site lol looking at everything they offer and saying to myself repeatedly “ohh I can do this, or this”… “shoot I’ll just knock everyone off my list now lol”. The potential also for cute stocking stuffers is there too. So nice and easy. I love that. Picture quality was excellent. I do believe uploading any image needs to be the full resolution not the compressed file you would use for social media. I always click Photo gifts and then if you scroll to the bottom, you can click gifts for her or him. Or for like stocking stuffers ideas I will choose to click on gifts under $15 and so on. My dad just got himself his first puppy this year so I will most definitely be getting some cute gifts featuring his new baby from the adorable photo session we had with her. Photo Ornaments
I personalize photo ornaments every year to give as gifts to family and of course for my own family Christmas tree as well. I typically buy what I showed you up above in my post with Vistaprint. However, I did these photo ornaments the last few years specifically for family members of ours that lost someone special that same year. I bought these one year because they were on sale on Amazon. The print quality is great, and I loved that they are printed on Aluminum. I have little kids, so I was really interested in not having much if any glass or breakables on my tree at all and less weight as possible on my tree. These did the job, and I was very impressed. They offer 2 different sizes which is really nice too. When my mom came to visit, she immediately noticed these ornaments and asked I make her some too lol. So, it was another unexpected hit gift.
Other Neat Photo Gift Ideas
This one is so stinkin’ cute. It is the first year I have personally seen anything like it & I’m getting one because I like to be and have to be different lol. It is like that minimalist line art meets your personalized photo. I love fine line art and tattoos (although I have none… yet lol). This is a good one if you have any travelers or just want to give that little reminder to drive safely or that they are loved. It even adds that super cute aesthetic vibe to your interior – again, probably another teen favorite. I bought this for my husband since he is always driving. Now I want one for my vehicle since we get so many compliments on his. I love this though; such a sweet thoughtful gift you can take with you wherever you go. I know you have seen those custom photo socks. I have always been like anti photo sock lol. I don’t know why! I guess I just thought they were super cringe or something, not my style. But let me tell you how big of a hit these things are lol. I mean it blows my mind how people get so excited over photo socks. These are especially great for those photos that you have taken of someone and unintendedly the face they are making in that moment is just out of this world funny… well I wouldn’t post it on social media (I guess some of you would lol) but instead I would make these socks with it and gift it to them or someone they adore lol. This next one is near and dear to my heart. A baby’s first photo album. I think it is ultra important for kids to have pictures of their family too. I have made one for each of my kids when they were super young. Now I make them for littles in our family or friends. I will add a few photos in them to get them started and let the mom & dad fill in the rest. It is so heart melting to see the response you get when gifting one of these especially if you go ahead and tuck some photos in it you already have. I have always liked this one because of the little teether on it and the baby safe mirror in the back of the album. You don’t have to use the labels (stickers) if you don’t want to. I don’t know why but this gift screams old timey nostalgia to me. So naturally I love that vibe and had to get it. I bought this for my Granny and she loved it. It was a huge hit with every and the cousins when we got together for Christmas. I love gifting “that” gift we all talk about.
